Copyright Notice & Terms of Use

© 2026 Robert Siharath / RxS Videography. All Rights Reserved.

All video, film, photographic and audio content produced by Robert Siharath (“RxS Videography”) — including all footage, edits, stills, thumbnails, color grades, sound design, graphics and the underlying raw media — is the exclusive property of Robert Siharath and is protected by United States copyright law (17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.) and applicable international treaties. No part of this content may be copied, reproduced, downloaded, screen-recorded, re-uploaded, edited, re-cut, re-posted, distributed, publicly displayed, sold, licensed, sub-licensed, used in advertising, or used to train any artificial-intelligence or machine-learning system, in whole or in part, by any person or entity, without the prior express written permission of Robert Siharath.

1.Ownership of the Work

Robert Siharath is the author and sole copyright owner of every video and photograph he creates, from the moment it is recorded. Copyright attaches automatically at creation — no registration, watermark or posted notice is required for these rights to exist, and the absence of a notice on any individual clip does not place that clip in the public domain or waive any right.

This ownership covers, without limitation:

  • Finished films, reels, shorts, highlight edits and promotional cutdowns.
  • Raw and unused footage, B-roll, alternate takes and camera originals.
  • Still photographs, frame grabs, thumbnails and posters.
  • Project files, timelines, LUTs, color grades, sound design, and original graphics or motion elements.

Payment for a shoot purchases the license described in Section 4. It does not transfer copyright. Copyright transfers only by a separate written assignment signed by Robert Siharath.

2.All Rights Reserved

All rights in the work are expressly reserved. Nothing on this site, on any RxS Videography social media account, in any client delivery folder, or in any file shared by link, email or download grants any license, right or permission by implication, estoppel or otherwise. Any right not granted in writing is retained.

3.Prohibited Uses

Without prior written permission from Robert Siharath, you may not:

  • Download, rip, screen-record or otherwise capture any video or photograph.
  • Re-upload or re-post the work to any platform, page, profile, website or channel that is not expressly authorized.
  • Edit, crop, re-cut, filter, re-time, add or replace audio, or otherwise alter the work.
  • Remove, obscure, crop out or alter any watermark, logo, credit, caption or copyright notice.
  • Use the work in any paid advertising, boosted post, commercial campaign, product listing or sponsorship without a license covering that use.
  • Sell, resell, license, sub-license, syndicate or distribute the work, or offer it as part of a stock, template, preset or content library.
  • Use the work to promote a business, product, service or individual other than the one it was created for.
  • Claim authorship of the work, present it as your own portfolio, or represent that you produced or shot it.
  • Use the work, or any frame of it, as an input to train, fine-tune or condition any artificial-intelligence, machine-learning or generative model, or to create any derivative, synthetic or AI-generated version of it.

4.License Granted to Clients

When a client commissions and pays for a project in full, Robert Siharath grants that client a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the delivered final files to promote the client’s own business, as follows:

  • Permitted:posting on the client’s own social media accounts and website; use in the client’s own paid ads and boosted posts; use in the client’s email, print and in-store marketing.
  • Not permitted without a separate written license: resale or sub-licensing to any third party; transfer of the files to another business; use by a franchisee, affiliate, parent company or successor owner not named in the original agreement; broadcast or theatrical distribution; or use in any stock or template library.

The license is granted on payment in full. Until the invoice is paid, no license of any kind exists and any use of the delivered files is unauthorized under Section 10.

Clients may not alter the delivered edit — including re-cutting, re-cropping beyond platform-required aspect ratios, changing the audio, or applying additional filters — without written approval.

5.Raw Footage and Project Files

Raw camera files, unused takes and editing project files are not part of any standard delivery and remain the exclusive property of Robert Siharath. They are retained as archival material and are released only under a separate written agreement and fee.

6.Social Media and Third-Party Platforms

Content posted to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook or any other platform remains fully protected by copyright. Platform features such as “share,” “repost,” “duet,” “stitch,” “remix” or “save” do not transfer ownership and do not grant any license beyond the platform’s own native, in-app resharing functionality.

Specifically, the following are not permitted and will be treated as infringement: downloading a post and re-uploading it as your own; screen-recording a reel or story and re-posting it; using a third-party downloader to strip a video from a platform; or re-posting a cropped or re-captioned version that removes credit.

Native in-app resharing that keeps the original attribution visible and links back to the original account is welcome and encouraged.

7.Credit and Attribution

Where the work is posted or displayed by anyone other than Robert Siharath, credit must be given as “Video by Robert Siharath” or by tagging @robertxsiharath, unless a written agreement states otherwise. Credit is required in addition to, and never as a substitute for, a license. Giving credit does not by itself make an otherwise unauthorized use permitted.

8.Likeness, Model and Property Releases

People and places that appear in the work retain their own rights of publicity and privacy. A client’s license under Section 4 does not extend to any use that would require a model, talent or property release the client does not hold. It is the client’s responsibility to secure any release needed for its intended use, and the client is responsible for any claim arising from a use it authorized.

Robert Siharath reserves the right to display any work he creates in his portfolio, on this site, on social media, in reels and showreels, and in competition or award submissions, unless a written agreement restricts that use.

9.Reservation Against Text and Data Mining

Robert Siharath expressly reserves all rights against text and data mining, automated scraping, dataset compilation, and the training or fine-tuning of artificial-intelligence and machine-learning systems, including under Article 4(3) of EU Directive 2019/790 and any equivalent provision. No such use is permitted under any circumstances, whether by a person, a crawler, an agent or an automated service.

10.Unauthorized Use, Fees and Enforcement

Any use of the work outside the permissions set out above is copyright infringement. Where an unauthorized use occurs, Robert Siharath may, at his sole discretion:

  • Invoice the unauthorized user a licensing fee equal to three (3) times his standard rate for the use in question, calculated from the date the unauthorized use began, plus any costs of investigation and collection.
  • Issue takedown notices to the hosting platform, service provider or advertising network.
  • Terminate any existing license immediately, including a client's license under Section 4.
  • Pursue statutory damages, actual damages, disgorgement of profits, injunctive relief and attorneys’ fees to the fullest extent available under 17 U.S.C. §§ 502–505.

Payment of a licensing fee after the fact does not retroactively authorize the prior unauthorized use or waive any other remedy.

11.Reporting Infringement and Takedown Requests

Robert Siharath actively monitors for unauthorized use of his work and issues DMCA takedown notices under 17 U.S.C. § 512. To report an infringement, or to request permission for a use not covered above, contact:

Permission requests should identify the specific work, the intended use, the platforms and territory involved, and the duration of the use. Permission is valid only when given in writing by Robert Siharath and is limited to the specific use described.

12.Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. The version in effect at the time of a given use governs that use. The current version is always the one published on this page.

13.Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana and the copyright laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue for any dispute lies in East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana.
